These 12 new F&B customers have collectively invested approximately AED 800 million, highlighting the appeal of Dubai Industrial City as one of TECOM Group PJSC's 10 dedicated business destinations. The overall customer growth for Dubai Industrial City in 2023 reached an impressive 17%, with over 1,000 industry leaders, including F&B industry innovators and heavyweights, now establishing their presence in the district.
