RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE (March 25, 2024) - In a move designed to bolster its presence within the emirate’s thriving business hub, Emirates Post, a leading provider of postal and delivery services in the United Arab Emirates, has officially opened a new branch in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone (RAK Free Zone).
The inauguration ceremony, held earlier today, was attended by dignitaries including Jamal Saif Al Jarwan, Director of Postal Zone 4 for Emirates Post, and Oussama El Omari, CEO/Director General of RAK Free Zone.
This strategic expansion aligns with Emirates Post’s ongoing efforts to provide greater accessibility to its extensive range of services for customers across the UAE. The new branch situated within the RAK Free Zone’s Business Park will cater specifically to the needs of investors, business owners, and employees working within the free zone.
“The opening of this new branch reflects our commitment to bringing our services and products directly to our clients, including businesses,” said Ibrahim Bin Karam, CEO of Emirates Post. “This branch will offer a comprehensive selection of postal and non-postal services, including parcel delivery, money exchange, and remittance options.”
Expressing his enthusiasm about the new addition, El Omari said, “The new Emirates Post branch signifies another valuable facility added to our roster of investor-friendly services. We already boast over 3,000 PO Boxes strategically located across three of the free zone’s parks, catering to the needs of our investors. This expansion was driven by the significant rise in the number of companies registered within the zone, which has now surpassed 4,000. We are constantly striving to provide our clients, investors, and employees with a wider range of exceptional services.”
El Omari added, “The presence of a fully-fledged Emirates Post branch within the free zone offers a one-stop solution for various service needs, significantly benefitting our tenants and staff.”
The new Emirates Post branch will be operational from Saturday to Thursday, with operating hours set from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. This extended reach into the RAK Free Zone is expected to significantly enhance the experience for businesses and individuals operating within the free zone by offering them convenient access to essential postal and related services.
