IFZA Opens New Office in Germany, to Bolster Trade Ties

Furthering its global expansion efforts, Dubai's leading free zone, IFZA, announced the opening of a new office in Frankfurt, Germany. This strategic move strengthens the economic ties between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Germany, aiming to facilitate business growth and investment flows between the two nations.

This physical presence in Germany allows IFZA to offer on-the-ground support to German companies seeking to enter the Dubai market. The office will serve as a central hub for connecting with entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, and IFZA partners.

Beyond direct support for German businesses establishing themselves in Dubai, IFZA will serve as a bridge between the two markets by facilitating knowledge sharing and fostering connections between potential partners. The Frankfurt office will showcase the ease of doing business in Dubai and the unique opportunities available for German companies seeking regional and international expansion.

The UAE's commitment to attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) is evident, ranking first in the MENA region with 32.4% of total inflows in 2023, amounting to $70.2 billion, according to the World Investment Report 2023.

IFZA plays a crucial role in this national strategy by harnessing the UAE's strategic location and world-class infrastructure to attract international investors. This expansion aligns with their vision, as evidenced by their existing offices in Spain, Switzerland, and China, and their planned openings in Austria, the UK, India, Africa, and Latin America in 2024.

With a network of over 1,500 authorized partners and consultants globally, IFZA provides multilingual support through a diverse team representing more than 50 nationalities, solidifying its position as a truly international free zone community. This strategic expansion and commitment to international partnerships solidify IFZA's role in driving economic growth and fostering trade ties between the UAE and its global partners.
