The Expo Centre Sharjah (ECS) played an active role in the recent 54th World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) Global Business Forum (GBF), contributing to discussions on the future of the exhibitions and events industry. Held in Bengaluru, India, the forum brought together over 245 attendees, including leading business figures, exhibition industry specialists, and CEOs. Representing 110 WTCA locations across 36 countries and territories, these attendees hailed from a diverse range of 52 industry sectors.
Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, the CEO of ECS and a board member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), served as the World Trade Centre Sharjah's delegate at the forum. Notably, during the event, Al Midfa secured a position on the prestigious WTCA Regional Advisory Council for the Middle East and Africa region.
