This growth is attributed to their strategic focus on diversification and decarbonization efforts. Their commitment to a greener future has propelled them to the top of the energy brand rankings within the region.
E& UAE, previously known as Etisalat by E&, takes the crown for the strongest brand across all industries in the Middle East. They boast an impressive Brand Strength Index score of 89.4 and an elite AAA rating, solidifying their position not only regionally but also globally as the world's leading telecoms brand. This dominance can be attributed to their transformation into a tech powerhouse under the umbrella of the larger E& Group. Strategic acquisitions, expansion into new markets, and significant investments in brand awareness campaigns have all contributed to their remarkable 52% growth as a standalone tech brand.
The report further highlights the resurgence of the travel sector. As post-pandemic travel flourishes, airline brands FlyDubai and Emirates experience significant brand value increases. FlyDubai, the UAE's fastest-growing brand, witnesses a remarkable 65% jump in brand value, while Emirates, the region's most valuable airline brand, sees a 30% increase.
Mashreq bank also enjoys a stellar year, with their strong financial performance and investment in their digital platform, Mashreq Neo, driving a 44% increase in brand value, making them the fastest-growing banking brand in the Middle East. Their brand value has even tripled since 2021.
Finally, the healthcare sector witnesses a newcomer – PureHealth Group, the UAE's largest integrated healthcare platform, enters the rankings with a brand value of $434.2 million. Their strong revenue growth, successful IPO, and global expansion through acquisitions position them as a major player in the region's healthcare landscape.
