The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) announced a significant development in its relationship with the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) on May 31st, 2024. ADNOC has awarded SOCAR a 3% participating interest in the SARB and Umm Lulu offshore concession.
