The UAE's Office for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications has entered into a strategic partnership with Samsung Gulf Electronics to enhance AI education and development among the country's youth. The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aligns with the UAE's ambition to become a global leader in artificial intelligence by 2031.

This initiative aims to integrate advanced technical expertise with AI innovations to meet the UAE’s national strategies, focusing on empowering the younger generation to lead in AI-related fields. Saqr Binghalib, the Executive Director of the UAE’s AI Office, emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships in realizing the nation's AI vision. The partnership is set to introduce a series of youth-focused programs, including Samsung’s Innovation Campus, which will be integrated into the UAE’s AI Summer Camp 2024.
