VinFast to Launch Electric Vehicles in Qatar with Al Mana Partnership

VinFast Auto, a prominent Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has forged an exclusive dealership agreement with Al Mana Holding W.L.L., a leading conglomerate in Qatar, to distribute its EVs across the nation. The inaugural showroom is set to open in Doha in the third quarter of 2024, showcasing four e-SUV models: VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9, each timed with their respective market launches.

Al Mana Holding, known for its extensive experience in the automotive sector, will serve as VinFast’s exclusive partner in Qatar. This partnership is expected to accelerate VinFast’s penetration into the Qatari market, leveraging Al Mana’s established network of professional dealerships and services.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in VinFast’s global expansion strategy, especially as it enters the Middle Eastern market. VinFast has already made strides in key markets such as the United States, Canada, and Europe, and is now extending its reach into Asia and the Middle East.

VinFast’s shift from a direct-to-consumer sales model to a hybrid model, utilizing global dealership networks, underscores its evolving strategy to enhance market presence and boost sales. Al Mana Holding’s reputation and market knowledge are anticipated to play a crucial role in introducing VinFast’s cutting-edge electric vehicles to Qatari consumers, contributing to the country’s sustainable development goals.

The partnership is also aligned with the growing global demand for sustainable and smart mobility solutions, positioning both VinFast and Al Mana Holding at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution in Qatar.
