DEWA's focus on employee satisfaction is evident, with the happiness of Employees of Determination reaching 100% for the third consecutive year, and their families' satisfaction at 98.07%. Community contentment with DEWA's support for People of Determination stood at 94.68%, while customers of determination expressed a 97.64% happiness rate with DEWA's services.
In collaboration with the Dubai Club for People of Determination, DEWA has launched initiatives to develop the talents of People of Determination, fostering their creativity and encouraging continuous learning. This partnership aims to facilitate their inclusion in society as productive individuals.
Technological advancements have been a cornerstone of DEWA's strategy. The organization's smart app achieved a perfect score of 10/10 for the fifth consecutive year, and its website attained 100% compliance for the fourth consecutive year, according to the 2024 People of Determination Accessibility Evaluation Report by the Digital Dubai Authority. These achievements reflect DEWA's commitment to providing accessible digital platforms.
DEWA has also prioritized the physical accessibility of its facilities. The organization received the 'Accessible UNI' Golden Certificate from Dubai Municipality for ten of its evaluated buildings, demonstrating adherence to international standards in creating inclusive environments.
